为了织造的顺利进行,需要对经纱进行上浆,但织成后浆料随即被洗去,废水还要加以处理。因此从生态性和经济性角度考虑,目前浆料的这种临时性的用法并不令人满意。用永久经纱涂层代替浆料是一种新的方法,可赋予纱线功能性。

So far, the temporary use of sizing agents has proved to be unsatisfactory in view of ecological and economic aspcts ： these are required only for the weaving process and are subsequently washed out and have to be disposed of. Using a new approach, the sizing agents used so far shall be replaced by permanent warp yarn coatings. These also take on the functions of the later application of the yarn.
