摘要
为了更好地控制蒸馏装置冷凝系统的腐蚀,采用失重法和电化学法分别对4种炼油厂常用的商品缓蚀剂进行了室内优选。以优选出的EC1,KG92种缓蚀剂作为工业备选药剂,并将EC1和KG9分别注入蒸馏装置的常压塔顶和减压塔顶进行了工业应用。结果显示,冷凝水中铁离子含量可以控制在2mg/L以下,达到了公司的冷凝水控制标准。
For better control of the corrosion of condenser system in distillation units,optimization selection at laboratory was carried out for four kinds of corrosion inhibitors commonly used in oil refining plants by making use of weigh loss method and electrochemical process.Two kinds of the inhibitors,EC1 and KG9,were screened based on the optimized selection.And they were used as industrial cor-rosion inhibitors and injected atop atmospheric column and de-compression column,respectively,of the distillation units.Re-sults indicate that the content of iron ions in the condensation wa-ter could be controlled below 2 mg/L by using the two kinds of corrosion inhibitors,which well conforms to the standard for con-trol of condensation water.
