On Soviet Union's Culture Safety and Its Result from Globalization Perspective

在全球化背景下,国家、民族之间的交往日益增多,各种层次和性质的文化必然互相交融、影响和渗透,文化安全问题日益突出。剖析全球化态势下文化安全的重要特征与实质,总结前苏联在处理文化安全问题上的深刻教训,对社会主义国家抵御以美国为代表的西方国家文化霸权主义的挑战,维护文化安全,具有重要意义。

Under the background of globalization,communications of nations greatly develop. And all kinds of culture inevitably interact,influence and permeate each other. Therefore,the problem of culture safety becomes prominent. The essay makes an analysis on the important characters and essence of culture safety from the globalization perspective,and concludes some lessons of the Soviet Union. It proposes that socialist countries should identify the strategy position of culture safety under the globalization background,make strategy measures to cope with challenges of western culture hegemonism and keep culture safety.
