摘要 结合闸电燃气轮机运行的实践,对GE公司燃气轮机转子寿命和检修规程进行了分析,指出了其局限性.在常规的燃气轮机转子维修周期计算方法的基础上,针对电网要求的AGG调峰运行方式,提出了1种新的变负荷运行维修系数的计算模型.根据该模型推算出的转子维修周期,通过该电厂2台机组的运行和维修实践,验证了算法的正确性.同时,详细地分析了AGG运行方式对燃气轮机主要部件寿命的影响,提出了建议减轻燃气轮机AGG运行强度的理论依据. Combined with the operating practice of Zhadian Gas Turbine Power Plant, GE's gas turbine rotor life and its maintenance regulations were analyzed, and the limitation of the regulations was pointed out. Based on the conventional method for calculating the maintenance cycle of gas turbine rotor, a new calculation model with repair-factor corresponding to variable load operating for AGC peaking operation mode required by power grid was proposed. According to the rotor maintenance cycle obtained from mentioned model, the correctness of the algorithm was confirmed through operation and maintenance practice of 2 generator units in the plant. The effects of AGC operating mode on the service life of main parts in gas turbine was analyzed and the theoretical basis of the suggestions for relieving the operating intensity of gas turbine with AGC mode was proposed.
