中国芦荟抑菌作用研究

Study on the antibacterial action of Aloe

采用滤纸片法和固体稀释测定法，研究了中国芦荟对多种常见细菌的抑制作用。试验结果表明，中国芦荟对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌有一定的抑制作用，经１２１℃湿热处理２０ｍｉｎ后，其抑菌能力有一定减弱。

The antibacterial action of Aloe vera L var chinensis (Haw) Berger was studied by the methods of agar diffusion and solid dilution.The result showed that the extract of aloe could inhibit the growth of Eschem coli,Protems vulgalia,Staphylococcus aureus,P.aeruginosa,Shigallaflexneri.After being treated by wet heat at 121℃ for 20 minutes, this antibacterial action was reduced to some degrees.
