摘要
企业信仰包含着功利性和非功利性成分,具有为企业发展提供动力和把握前进方向,保证企业平衡发展,促使企业成为"好公民"的作用。本文基于企业利益相关者的角度,从企业的外部和内部关系看手,探讨了企业信仰的形成模型,并提出企业信仰的构建机制。
Corporate belief consists of utilitarian and non-utilitarian elements, with the function of providing the enterprises with motivation and orientation in order to ensure the balanced development of enterprises and to promote the enterprises becoming "good citizens". From the perspective of the stakeholders of the enterprises, this paper explores the model for the formation of the corporate beliefs from both outside and inside relations of the enterprises and puts forward a mechanism to construct the corporate faith.
