摘要
对在冷弯试验中焊缝开裂的进口B70级直缝焊管进行了金相检验、焊缝断口形貌分析以及夹杂物成分分析。结果表明:焊缝中分布在铁素体晶界上的渗碳体以及焊缝中存在的夹杂物和气孔是导致冷弯试验中发生开裂的主要原因。
Metallurgical analysis, fracture analysis and chemical composition analysis were carried out on the B70 grade line welding pipe which cracked during the cold bending test. The results showed that network cementite distributing along the boundary of ferrite grains, inclusions and gas porosities caused the cracking of pipe during the cold bending test.
