肿瘤坏死因子的抗病毒作用研究

STUDIES ON ANTIVIRAL EFFECT OF TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR(TNF)

报道肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在体外对流感病毒、人滤泡性口腔炎病毒有明显的抗感染作用。TNF与流感病毒(A_3/雅防87-2,H_3N_2)同时加入狗肾传代细胞,48h后,病毒对照组细胞出现明显的病变,细胞病变(CPE)可达(?),而实验组(病毒加TNF),细胞未出现病变,生长良好,经活性染料染色测OD值,对照组与实验组之间,活存细胞百分数有明显差异。TNF对疱疹性口腔炎病毒(VSV)的抗感染作用,无论先加入、同时加入或后加入TNF,均表现出明显的保护作用,使人羊膜传代细胞免遭VSV病毒损害。

This paper reports the anti-influenza virus (A3/Ya Feng 87-2 strain,H3N2,HA:1280.EID50:10-8 and anti-vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV,TCID50:10-7) activity of TNF.Influenza virus produces cytopathic effects (CPE:++-++++) after being incubated with MDCK cell line for 48 h.TNF has not only suppressed the development of cytopathic effects,but the percentage of viable cells is increased in a dose-dependent manner in cells treated with different doses of TNF.TNF also shows anti-VSV effect on wish cells.We have observed that TNF inhibits VSV mediated cytopathic effect in three different experimental times (add TNF 2h before virus infection,add TNF at the same time with virus,add TNF 2h after virus infection).
