瘘管切除缝合法与瘘管切开法治疗低位单纯性肛瘘对比研究

Contrast Study on Low Post Simple Archosyrinx Treated With The Therapy of Aresection and Suture of Fistul and Fistul Incision

目的：比较瘘道切除缝合法与肛瘘切开法治疗单纯性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法：将96例低位单纯性肛瘘患者分为两组．A组采用瘘管切除缝合法治疗，B组采用瘘管切开法治疗，主要观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间、术后疼痛指数、复发率，并进行比较。结果：A组术后疼痛指数和伤口愈合时间均明显优于B组（P〈0．01）。结论：瘘管切除缝合法治疗低位单纯性肛痿的疗效明显优于瘘管切开法。

Objective ： To contrast the clinical effect on low post simple archosyrinx treated with the therapy of aresection and suture of fistul and fistul Incision. Method ： 96 cases were divided into two groups, A group were treated with the therapy of aresection and suture of fistul and B group with fistul Incision. Operation time, bleeding during operation, wound healing time, pain index ＇after operation and recurernce rate were observed mainly and contrast . Results： Pain index after operation and wound healing time in A group were superior to that in Blgroup （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The effect of the therapy of aresection and suture of fistul were superior to therapy of fistul Incision for treating low post simple archosyrinx.
