颅眶部肿瘤及其手术治疗

CRANIO-ORBITAL TUMORS AND THEIR SURGICAL MANAGEMENT

报告14例颅眶部肿瘤,主要表现为突眼、视力损害和眼肌麻痹。13例经手术治疗,9例肿瘤全切,无死亡。11例获得随访。存活的8例平均随访4.6年,生活均可自理,且多能参加工作。作者讨论了颅眶部肿瘤的分类、临床表现、治疗原则和手术入路,并指出,熟悉有关解剖,采用显微外科技术,在颅眶部肿瘤的手术治疗中是必不可少的。

Fourteen cases of tumors in the cranio-orbital junction (COJ) were reported.The primary manifestations were exophthalmos,visual failure and limitation of extraocular movements.Thirteen patients were operated on without mortality.Nine tumors were removed totally.Eleven patients were followed-up.All of the eight who were followed-up for 4.6 years could take care of themselves.Most of them were able to take part in normal work.The classification,clinical manifestations,principles of therapy and surgical approach of the tumors in the COJ were discussed.The authors emphasized the familiarity of anatomy of COJ and microsurgical techniques during the operation for patients with tumors in COJ.
