对当前联机合作编目工作的几点思考——以中国科学院国家科学数字图书馆联机合作编目为例

Some Thoughts about the Current Online Cooperative Cataloging——by the example of the online cooperative cataloging from the National Science Digital Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences

就当前国内图书馆界三大机构体系使用的中文图书机读目录格式中部分字段的差异,阐述联机合作编目标准细则在不同机构体系中的统一与相互交换的重要性;就联机合作编目数据质量要求,论述联机合作编目员应在各项标准的统一下相互协调及中心馆应加强对成员馆的编目数据质量监控,加强计算机网络设施建设与维护等问题。

Cataloging is very important for the library, and the Online Cooperative Cataloging is one of the key factors to the construction of sharing literature resource for the member libraries. This article compares the differences in some fields of the CNMARC used by the three major domestic library systems, illustrated the importance of unity and standard in different systems. This article argues that cataloger should cooperate under the standard in order to keep the qualihy of the Online Cooperative Cataloging data and the centre library should gain monitoring on member libraries on the quality of the data. Also it is needed to improve the construction and maintainance of computer network facilities to make sure the Online Cooperative Cataloging work carry on well.
