摘要 图书馆读者服务在理念创新、措施完善等方面都已经有了长足的进步,然而具体落实到图书馆员个体的行为当中,依然存在着许多的不谐之音,要彻底改变这种状况,我们还需要用"以读者为中心"的图书馆精神来审视所作所为,设身处地、常省自我、学人所长、放宽心胸,以真诚的服务换来与读者之间心灵的零距离。 Though the reader's service of libraries has been improved much through innovating their service concept and perfecting their measurement, there is actually much inharmonious existing in the personal action of those librarians. In order to change such a situation, we need to survey what we have done by using such library spirits of "Focusing on the Readers" as being considerable, self examination, learning from others, and widening our breadth of mind. Only with a sincere service can we shorten the distance between the library and the readers.
