摘要
本文探讨了酶法脱蛋白技术在螺旋藻多糖提取工艺中的应用。研究结果表明,采用酶法脱蛋白可降低有机试剂的用量,缩短提取时间,效果优于Sevag脱蛋白法。
In this article, ploysaccharide extraction from Spirulina platensis by means of protein- stripping with enzyme was discussed. The result showed that protein-stripping with enzyme could decrease the amount of organic agent and extracting time, which was better than protein-stripping of Sevag method.
