摘要
目的探求精液标本采集的质量控制方法,并对其实效性进行评价。方法202名受检者依照制定的精液标本采集质量控制程序,在3周内连续两次留取精液标本,评价其标本采集状况,比较不同评价模式组标本精液常规分析结果的差异性;对3名精液标本采集符合"完整"评价标准的志愿者的精子密度与活力进行为期1年的连续监测。结果两次精液采集均被评价为"完整"的标本组,其组内各项精液参数检测重复性好(P>0.05),组间检测结果变异系数最小(P<0.05);1年时间内3名志愿者精子密度与前向运动精子百分比的极值波动幅度分别为207%~394%和138%~267%。结论对精液标本采集实施质量控制是必要和可行的;加强精液标本采集环节的质量控制,可将精液的生理波动控制在有限的范围内。
Objective To evaluate a method of quality control on semen specimen collection. Methods The procedure of semen specimen collection were evaluated in 202 male whose semen were collected twice in three weeks according to an established program, and the detection results of semen under various evaluation system was comparatively analyzed. Sperm density and motility were detected in the semen of three volunteers collected at different time point in a year, whose semen collection was regarded as "completeness". Results For "completeness" groups, the intra-group reproducibility in the value of semen parameters was better (P〉0.05), and the inter-group coefficients of variation were least compared with that of other group(P〈 0.05). The change in sperm density and progressive motility in the semen of three volunteers was from 207% to 394% and 138% to 267% during one year respectively. Conclusion It's necessary and feasible to monitor the process of semen specimen collection by quality control protocol. The quality of semen can be guaranteed under strict administration on each step of semen specimen collection.
