成人包皮与儿童包皮平滑肌、弹性纤维含量差异的研究

摘要 目的研究成人包皮与儿童包皮肉膜肌层平滑肌细胞及弹性纤维分布的差异,探讨平滑肌细胞及弹性纤维在生理性包茎自然消退过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学及Weigert氏间苯二酚复红染色来检测成人包皮与儿童包皮组织中平滑肌细胞及弹性纤维含量的差异。结果成人包皮中的平滑肌细胞含量少于儿童包皮中的含量,而弹性纤维的含量则高于儿童包皮中的含量;而在包皮过长组与包茎组之间没有差异。结论平滑肌细胞及弹性纤维在生理性包茎的自然消退过程中发挥了重要作用,而成人包茎的发生与平滑肌肌细胞及弹性纤维的关系不明显。 bjective To study the difference of smooth muscle and elastic fiber between in adult prepuce and in children prepuce. Methods Distribution of smooth muscle cells and the content of elastic fiber in adult prepuce and children prepuce were measured respectively by immunohistochemistry and Weigert-stained. Results The number of smooth muscle cells in adult prepuce was lower than that in children prepuce, whereas the content of elastic fiber in adult prepuce was higher. No difference in the number of smooth muscle cells and the content of elastic fiber was found between phimosis group and redundant prepuce group. Conclusion Smooth muscle cells and elastic fiber might play an important role in the development of physiological phimosis. No direct relationship was found between smooth muscle cells orelastic fiber and the occur of adult phimosis.
