慢性前列腺炎组织中IL-1β、TNF-α和NGF的表达

The expression of IL-1β,TNF-α and NGF in the prostate tissue of patients with chronic prostatitis

目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和神经生长因子(NGF)在慢性前列腺炎(CP)发病机制中的作用。方法162份前列腺标本取材于周围带,分别进行病理观察及IL-1β、TNF-α和NGF免疫组化分析。结果31.5%(51/162)的组织病理呈CP改变,其中轻度灶性间质炎44例,轻度灶性间质伴腺体周围炎5例,轻度灶性腺体周围炎2例。IL-1β、TNF-α和NGF在前列腺间质及上皮细胞中均有表达,在CP标本中的表达显著增加(P<0.01)。IL-1β和TNF-α之间的表达(r=0.797, P<0.01)、NGF和IL-1β(r=0.674,P<0.01)及TNF-α之间的表达(r=0.714,P<0.01)均存在正相关。结论CP的发病机制中可能存在神经免疫调节的参与,IL-1β、TNF-α和NGF可能参与了CP的神经免疫调节。

Objective To understand the role of interleukin （IL）-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and nerve growth factor （NGF） in pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis （CP）. Methods Total of 162 tissue specimens were collected from the prostate peripheral zone of patients with chronic prostatitis for routine histopathological examination and immunohistochemical analysis of IL-1β, TNF- α and NGF. Results Of 162 prostate specimens, 51 （31.5%） presented pathological changes of CP including 44 focal mild stromal inflammation, 5 focal mild stromal and periglanduar inflammation and 2-=focal mild periglanduar inflammation. In normal prostate tissues, the expression of IL-1β, TNF- α and NGF were found in both stromal and epithelial cells. While in tissues with CP, all of the indexes were found to be increased significantly （P〈0.01）. Furthermore, a positive correlation were found between IL-1 β and TNF- α （r=0.797, P〈0.01）, and between NGF and IL-1 β （r=0.674, P〈0.01） or TNF-α（ r=0.714, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Neuroimmunoregulation might be one of the pathogenesis of CP, and upregulation of IL-1 β, TNF- α, and NGF might be involved in this process.
