摘要
[目的]观察大黄对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠小肠黏膜分泌性免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、γδT细胞的影响,探讨大黄治疗SAP的可能机制。[方法]采用胰胆管逆行注射5%牛磺胆酸钠法建立大鼠SAP模型。将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、SAP模型(模型)组和大黄治疗(治疗)组,观察各组不同时间点小肠黏膜病理改变,SIgA水平和CD3、γδT细胞百分率的变化。[结果]模型组与假手术组比较,小肠黏膜损伤指数增加,SIgA水平、CD3、γδT细胞百分率均降低(P<0.05,<0.01);治疗组与模型组比较,小肠黏膜损伤指数明显下降(P<0.01),SIgA水平有所增加(P<0.05),CD3、γδT细胞百分率明显上升(P<0.01)。[结论]大黄通过影响SIgA分泌和CD3、γδT细胞表达,对SAP大鼠肠黏膜免疫屏障具有一定的保护作用。
[Objective]To observe the effect of Dahuang on SIgA and γδT lymphocytes in small intestinal mucosa of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) rat. [Methods]Forty five SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, SAP group and Dahuang group. SAP was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate. The small intestinal mucosa pathology change, level of SIgA and percentage of CD3,γδT lymphocytes were detected at different intervals. [Results]Compared with the sham operation group, the damage index of small mucosa was increased significantly(P〈0. 01),the level of SIgA, percentage of CD3,γδT lymphocytes in small mucosa were decreased significantly (P〈0. 05, or P〈0. 01). After the treatment with Dahuang Decoction, the damage index of small mucosa were decreased significantly (P〈0. 01), the level of SIgA was increased (P〈0. 05), the percentage of CD3 and γδT lymphocytes were increased significantly (P〈0.01). [-Conclusion]Dahuang Decoction has protection on small intestinal mucosa immunologic barrier of SAP by regulating the level of SIgA and express of CD3,γδT lymphocytes.
