吸收能力、知识整合与组织知识及技术转移绩效的关系研究

The Relationship among Absorptive Capacity, Knowledge Integration, Organizational Knowledge and Technology Transfer Performance

在科技、经济全球化与知识经济的背景下,技术转移已成为推动技术创新和技术进步的重要手段。以珠三角地区102家高科技企业作为实证对象,探讨吸收能力、知识整合对组织知识与转移绩效的影响关系。实证结果表明:(1)吸收能力对知识整合有显著的正向影响;(2)吸收能力对组织知识没有显著的正向影响;(3)知识整合对组织知识有显著的正向影响;(4)吸收能力对技术转移绩效有显著的正向影响;(5)知识整合对技术转移绩效有显著的正向影响;(6)组织知识对技术转移绩效有显著的正向影响。最后,探讨了本研究的理论与实践意义,并提出在管理实践上的若干建议。

In the context of globalization of science ＆ technology, economy, and as well as knowledge economy, technology transfer is becoming the important means for the innovation and the progress of technology. Base on 102 samples from the Pearl River Delta of China, this paper investigates the relationship among absorptive capacity, knowledge integration and the organizational knowledge and technology transfer performance. The result shows that： （1） Absorptive capacity has positive impact on Knowledge Integration, （2） Absorptive Capacity has no positive impact on organizational knowledge, （3） Knowledge integration has positive impact on organizational knowledge, （4） Absorptive capacity has positive impact on technology transfer performance, （5） Knowledge integration has positive impact on technology transfer performance and, （6） the Organizational knowledge has positive impact on technology transfer performance. Moreover, we discuss implications of this research in both theory and practice, and also put out some suggestions for management practice.
