摘要
从航空产业与集群的内在创新特征出发,探讨了航空产业与集群式发展模式相耦合的内在属性及其治理逻辑,进而对航空产业集群的治理主体、边界、结构、机制和模式等问题进行了系统剖析。
With the project of Airbus A320 locating in Tianjin, an aeronautic industrial cluster embedded in international aeronautic industrial chain is developing. Aeronautic industrial cluster has special importance for the development of regional or national economy. However, the efficient governance mechanisms are the foundation for continuable developing of the cluster. Based on the review of related research works, the paper probes in the main to the governance body, boundary, structure, mechanisms and model of industrial cluster, points out objective and the realizing path.
