摘要
目的:检验黄芩苷锌(HBZn)是否对神经细胞具有保护功能,并初步探讨其保护机制。方法:以缺氧缺糖(oxygen and glucose deprivation,OGD)诱导PC12细胞损伤模型拟脑缺血病理的改变,采用MTT法检测细胞存活率,研究黄芩苷锌的体外神经细胞保护活性。结果:黄芩苷锌对PC12细胞OGD损伤的保护作用与黄芩苷、灯盏花素的保护效果接近,但在OGD损伤前2h给药保护作用明显。结论:黄芩苷锌对OGD诱导PC12细胞的损伤有预防保护作用。
Objective : To search for the neuroprotective of HBZn and investigate its mechanisms of neuroprotection. Method: Pheochromocytoma cell (PC12) injury model were induced by oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD) to simulate the cerebral Ischemia -like changes. MTr were used to test the cell survival rate to observe the neuron - protective activity of HBZn. Results : The neuron - protective activity of HBZn was similar to that of Baicalin and Breviscapinun, but when HBZn, Baicalin and Breviscapinun were added 2 hours before OGD, their neuron -protective activity was significantly strong, especially HBZn. Conclusions: HBZn possesses neuron -proteetive activties against the OGD -induced PC12 cell injury.
