前列散瘀汤联合前列安栓治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎60例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation about Chinese drugs Qianlie Sanyu Tang combined with Prostant in the treatment on 60 cases of Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis ⅢB

目的:探讨中药前列散瘀汤联合前列安栓治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:对120例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组(60例)给予中药前列散瘀汤内服并同时使用前列安栓1枚肛内给药,对照组(60例)单用前列安栓纳肛。两组均连续用药4周后评价疗效。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗后,治疗组和对照组相比总有效率和NIH-CPSI评分比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为87%(52例),其中治愈14例,显效16例,有效22例。对照组总有效53%(32例),其中治愈6例,显效10例,有效16例。结论:中药前列散瘀汤联合前列安栓能明显改善ⅢB型前列腺炎的症状,增加卵磷脂小体,提高最大尿流率,疗效优于单用前列安栓,该方法值得推广使用。

Objection： To research the clinical efficiency in treating Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis IIIB by Chinese drugs Qianlie Sanyu Tang combined with Prostant. Methods： 120 patients were divided into two groups by random. 60 patients in treatment group oral medicinal herbs Qianlie Sanyu Tang and treated by prostant rectal administration at the same time. 60 cases of control group were treated by prostant rectal administration only. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results ： After one course of treatment, the total effective rate and NIH - CPSI have remarkable difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） between the two groups. The total effective rate of treatment group is 87% （52 cases）, with 14 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 22 effective. The total effective rate of control group is 53%, with 6 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases effective. Conclusion： Chinese drugs Qianlie Sanyu Tang combined with prostant can amend the Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis ⅢB symptoms, increase lecithin corpuscular and maximum uroflow obviously. This way is better than that of using Prostant only and is valuable to be applied.
