从棉纺精梳机顶梳的现状出发，提出改革传统顶梳实现整体化的总体设计目标；重点介绍了ＪＺＤ型整体顶梳的技术设计内容和工艺技术要求；并归纳了工程设计中的几点重要体会。

This paper raises total design aim of using whole top comb instead of traditional top comb according to status quo of cotton comber,emphasisly introduces technique design contents & process technique requires of JZD whole top comb,and concludes a few important realization in engineering designs.
