摘要 本文对一步法含铜聚丙烯睛基导电纤维(PACF)的形态结构、导电物质的化学组成、导电物质晶体与纤维基体的结合界面性质等因素进行了研究,得出了PACF的皮/芯结构模型、导电物质晶体与纤维基体的结合模式、纤维破坏的水解-氧化机理,阐明了在玻璃化温度以上对PACF热定型,可大幅度提高其稳定性. In this paper,the morphological structure chemical components of condutive compounds,interfacial characteristics between condutive crystals and fibre matrix of polyacrylonitnile-based conductive fibre containing copper compounds were studied. It is shown that the conductive fibres possess a shealth/core structure and the microfibrils in the shealth were embraced by crystals of copper compounds. The mechanisms of diminishing of conductivity of the fibres is the hydrolysis introduced in interface between crystals of copper compounds and microfibrils in the shealth of fibre and oxidation of copper compounds. the means for enchencing the stability of the fibre is heat-setting of the conductive fibre in a temperature above its glass transition 2 to 6 hours.
