试验钢在不同大气环境下的腐蚀性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用暴露试验、扫描电镜等方法研究了W400QN等试验钢在青岛、琼海、江津和武钢4个大气暴露试验点暴露1年的腐蚀规律。结果表明,试验钢在各站的腐蚀差异较大,在武钢站的腐蚀率最高,江津站次之,再次是青岛站,腐蚀率最低的是琼海站。从9种试验钢的平均腐蚀率看,武钢站是青岛站的1.25倍,是江津站的1.10倍,是琼海站的2.27倍。 Corrosion behavior of samples for W400QN and other trial steels was studied in Qingdao, Qionghai, Jiangjin and WISCO test stations for one year by exposure experiment, XRD, polarization curve measure, etc. The corrosion results showed great difference for different stations. The highest corrosion rate of low alloy steel appeared at WISCO station, followed by Jiangjin station and then Qindao Station, and the lowest appears at Qionghai station. According to average corrosion rate of 9 sample steels, the corrosion rate of WISCO station is 1.25 times of Qingdao's, 1.10 times of Jiangjin's, and 2. 27 times of Qionghai's.
