This paper analyzes the current videophone technology features, business operating environment, and the problems of videophone popularization, considers the market mechanism of value-added business and its profitable model, proposes the project of dual-network videophone and its extensive applications, gives the promotion strategy of the project, dual-network integration-based technical resources, and explores the business innovation market. Furtherly, in combination with the business operation, and based on the region links dissemination strategy, it gives the design of Telecom-class soft switch System. Finally, According to the multimedia video-phone applications, and by integrating the functions and technology, this paper describes the overall solution and the four-layer software structure.
