响应面法优化桦褐孔菌多糖提取工艺 被引量:10

OPTIMIZATION OF THE EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY OF INONOTUSOBLIQUUS(FR.)PILAT POLYSACCHARIDE USING RESPONSE SURFACE METHOD

摘要 利用响应面分析法(Response Surface Methodology)对桦褐孔菌多糖的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,根据中心组合(central composite)试验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出桦褐孔菌多糖热水浸提的最佳工艺条件为:温度为80℃、提取时间2.25h、液料比1:40。在该条件下的响应面模型预测的多糖含量为17.39%。 Aiming at optimization of the extraction oflnonotusobliquus(Fr.)Pilat polysaccharide, experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by one-factor tests. On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles, the method of Response Surface Method with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted. Then the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis. After analysis on each significant and interaction effect, the results showed that the optimum conditions oflnonotusobliquus(Fr.)Pilat polysaccharide extraction as follows: the extraction temperature of 80 ℃, extraction time of 2.25 h, the ratio of water to material of 1:40, under such condition that the response surface model of the polysaccharides was 17.39 %.
