摘要
以国家食品标准法对北方木槿花中蛋白质、还原糖、氨基氮及微量元素等营养成分进行了测定,并对其营养价值进行初步分析。
Protein, reducing sugar, nitrogen, trace elements and other nutrient composition in northern Hibiscus Syriacuswere determined with National Food Standards Method, and itsnutritional value was preliminary analyzed.
