摘要
从兽药(主要指瘦肉精抗生素)在食品中残留引起食品污染的历史背景到上世纪末利用仪器对其残留量实施监控作了简要概述。本文从基础大液—液萃取,固相萃取到后期的基质固相分散技术,超临界流体萃取和双相渗析膜分离技术,分别阐述李每种处理方法大适用样品范围和各自的优缺点,使读者对今年来我国检测领域样品前处理技术大飞速发展有了初步的了解。
The article makes a brief outline on both food pollution caused by the residue of the veterinary medicine remaining in food and the inspection of its residue by using the instruments at the end of last century. Describe the choice of each technology. They are liquid-- liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, the later matrix solid-phase dispersion technology, supercritical liquid extraction and double-phase dialyeer separation technology. Readers can have the preliminary understanding to the rapid development of the sample pretreatment technology in Chinese examination during the recent years.
