某转台扭振动力学有限元仿真分析研究

摘要 以LS-DYNA为计算平台,对某转台建立齿轮传动系统有限元模型,提出中心差分法为核心算法与时频分析法相结合的方法,从而获得该转台的齿轮传动系统的扭振动力学响应,为转台设计提供帮助。应用时频分析法,考虑了齿轮与齿轮接触、轴承与轴系、支座之间的接触问题等非线性因素对齿轮传动系统的影响,使动力学响应计算精度更高。 A finite element simulation of a servo transmission system is accomplished based on LS-DYNA.The torsional-vibration dynamic response of the gear-transmission servo system,which could be helpful to the design of servo transmission system,has been obtained by proposing central difference algorithm as the core arithmetic for time-frequency analysis.Taking into consideration the nonlinear factors such as the contact between gear pairs,bearing pairs,as well as the one related to the gear box,higher accuracy in the dynamic responses computation can be achieved.
