治理机制、经营者监控与技术创新关系研究
摘要
将经营者监控概念引入企业治理与创新关系研究的分析框架中,分析企业不同治理机制与经营者有效监控及技术创新间的关系,并在此基础上提出5个命题及构建概念模型。
