Ebstein心脏畸形及伴预激综合征的手术治疗

SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR EBSTEIN'S ANOMALY WITH W-P-W SYNDROME

我院1988年1月～1990年5月对Ebstein心脏畸形及伴预激综合征3例进行了外科治疗,均施行了房化右心室游离壁折叠和后瓣环成形术。其中1例同时作了房室异常通道切割术,术后随访5个月～2.5年,临床效果满意。作者还就手术指征选择、手术方法等进行了简要的讨论。

Three patients who had Ebstein's anomaly with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome were operated upon with plication of atrialized portion of the right ventricle and posterior leaflet annuloplasty in all cases and atrioventricular accessory pathway was ablated in 1 case.They were followed from 5 months to 2.5 years.The result was satisfactory.The indications and methods of surgical treatment were discussed in the article.
