摘要
目的介绍精子凋亡的形态分类特征,进行分子生物学机制分析,探讨男性不育症的病因。方法以精液标本进行TUNEL法和瑞-姬染色法,在油镜下观察凋亡精子拍摄图像,确认凋亡精予和介绍两法染色凋亡精子特征。结果TUNEL法和瑞-姬染色法图像48幅,分别进行形态描述。并进行分子生物学机制探讨。提供凋亡精子的参考范围。结论睾九细胞凋亡可发生在支持细胞、生精上皮中的生精细胞,也可以发生在精子的幼稚期和成熟期。为此,在精液中进行精子形态学分类,应检测凋亡精子的比率,对男性不育症鉴别和判断有临床意义。
Objective To analyze the molecular biology mechanism of the cause of male fertility disease base on morphological classificaation character of the sperm apoptosis. Methods Stain the semen spenimen with TUNEL staining method and Wright' s-Giemsa's staining method, observing the photos of the sperm apoptosis from the photos which shot the sperm through the oil lens ,detecting the sperm apoptosis ,and introducing the two methods for.sperm apoptosis character. Results Describe the morphological characters of 48 photos of the sperm stain with the two methods separately, providing the range of reference of the sperm after discussion on the molecular biology mechanism. Conclusion Testicle cell apoptosis happens not only in the leydig cell sertoli cell and genital cell ,but also in the sperm infantilism and maturation period. The classifying of spermatic morphology should test morphological characters and ratio of the apoptosis sperm. It's important for the verification and judgment of the male infertility.
