摘要
本文用水提醇析的方法提取了希赫日-地格达中水溶性多糖,并用硫酸-苯酚法测定了其多糖含量.标准曲线的回归方程为A=0.04790 C-0.01277,相关系数r=0.9993,RSD为0.98%,回收率98%-102%（n=5）,希赫日-地格达中水溶性多糖含量为2.0%.
Polysaccharide was extracted from Xiheri-Dgeda with hot water-ethanol deposit method and its content was determined by phenol-sulphuric acid method（λ=484nm）.The regression equation is A=0.04790C-0.01277 and coefficient of correlation r=0.9993.The content of polysaccharide is 2.0% and the recovery is 98-102%,RSD=0.98%（n=5）.
