高效液相色谱法测定蒙药如达-6中栀子苷的含量

Determination the Content of Geniposide in Mongolian Drug Ruda-6 by HPLC

目的：建立蒙药如达-6的质量标准.方法：用高效液相色谱法对处方中栀子有效成分栀子苷进行定量分析.采用VP-ODS（150L＊4.6）柱,流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液（15：85 V/V）,检测波长：238nm,流速：1.0ml.min^-1.结果：栀子苷进样量在0.14-0.69μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9997）.平均加样回收率为102.7%（RSD=0.54%）.结论：本试验方法即先进又简便,结果准确可靠,为该制剂的质量标准提供了可靠依据.

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Mongolian drug Ruda-6.Methods：Determining the geniposide content in gardenia by HPLC on the chromatographic column of VP-ODS（150L×4.6） and with CH3CN-0.1% H3PO4（15∶85V/V）as a mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1,The detective wavelengh was 238nm.Results：Obvious linear relation was showed between the input mass of a continue raning from 0.140.69μg（r=0.9997）,the average ratio of recovery for added sample was 102.17%（RSD=0.54%）.Conclusion：This method is not only simple but also advanced and the detection result is reliable.So it provide a reliable basis for quality standard of Mongolian drug Ruda-6.
