少数民族地区大学生饮食行为调查与分析

The Investigations and Analysis on Diet Behaviors of University Students in the Area of Minor Peoples

以内蒙古民族大学在校生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法研究了1421名大学生的饮食行为.结果表明,不同生源地、不同民族和不同年级大学生的饮食行为存在较为明显的差异,少数民族地区大学生的饮食行为具有一定的特殊性.在此基础上,探讨了少数民族地区大学生饮食健康教育和饮食干预应注意的问题.

Using students in the Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities as research subjects,diet behaviors of 1421 university students were studied by questionaire investigating methods.The results showed：there were obvious differences in students from different original areas,ethnic groups and grades.The diet behaviors of university students in the area of minor peoples had certain characteristics.On the base of that,educations on diet healthy and problems of diet interfering were discussed.
