摘要
颗粒饲料的解吸和吸湿平衡含水率是研究颗粒饲料冷却干燥机理、冷却器设计、安全贮藏的重要参数。应用静态法测定了颗粒饲料在不同温度及相对湿度下的解吸和吸湿平衡含水率。分析了温度、相对湿度对颗粒饲料平衡含水率的影响,并对试验结果进行了回归分析,得出了描述颗粒饲料解吸和吸湿平衡含水率数学模型。
The moisture content of pellet feed is a importent parameter for research on cooling and drying mechanism of pellet feed,design of cooler and safe storge.A static gravimetric method was used to determine the equilibrium moisture content for adsorption and desorption of pellet feed at different temperature and relative humidity.The effects of temperature and relative humidity on equilibrium content of pellet feed were analysed and the regression analyse was made for experimental results.A mathematical model for absorption and desorption equilibrium moisture content was obtained.
