摘要
团队学习在高校学习中是一种很少见的学习方式。大学生作为学习的主体,可以通过构建团队来进行学习,团队学习的绩效直接关系到大学生的整体学习效率。对宿迁学院考研学生的学习进行绩效分析,找出其中的绩效差距,采取干预措施,作出评价分析,以进一步提高团队学习的效率,达到预期的学习效果。
Team learning is the very rare one study way in university study,college students as the main body of learning,may organize to develop the team to study.Team learning performance will be directly related to college student whole study efficiency. This article carries on the performance analysis to the study of exams for postgraduate schools student in Suqian College,discovers performance disparity, takes the intervention measure,finally adopts the appraisal analysis,further enhances the team to the study efficiency,achieves the expec-tating study effect.
