刻意训练在高中数学教师成长中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 研究一基于Ericsson(1993)提出的刻意训练理论,对42位教龄10年以上的普通高中数学教师的教学领域相关活动进行问卷调查,按照活动本身的娱乐性、所需努力程度、对教学能力改进的有效性及教师每周投入时间4个维度,筛选出高中数学教学领域存在的3种刻意训练。研究二在此基础上对两位特级教师展开访谈,结果显示,特级教师在其教学生涯的前10年,投入此3种刻意训练的时间显著多于普通教师;而在现阶段,特级教师对此3种刻意训练的使用频率明显下降,他们更重视对教学活动的反思,这是异于普通教师的一个关键特征。
