摘要
为了防止石化系统聚乙烯醇反应器列管破损所引起的介质泄露事故,对其进行了涡流检测。检测时根据列管运行情况可能产生的缺陷,制作了标准样管。采用内穿过式差分涡流探头,将标准样管的检测结果与实际列管检测结果相对比,得到了列管的缺陷状况。经解剖,检测结果与实际情况吻合较好。
In order to prevent the petrochemical reactor system damage caused by the media leakage o{ tuber the eddy current testing was carried out for the tube. The comparing sample tube was made according to the occured defects possibly during the actual operation. With the difference across eddy current probe, the testing results were compared between the comparing sample tube and the actual tube. The tube defects status was obtained, which well met with the actual situation through the anatomy trail proving.
