5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察 被引量:19

Clinical Observation on ALA-PDT Combined with Carbon Dioxide Laser Therapy in the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

摘要 目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效及复发率。方法将入选的78例CA患者随机分为A组(37例)和B组(41例),A组采用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,B组单纯CO2激光治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及复发率。结果A组治愈31例(83.78%),复发6例(16.22%);B组治愈25例(60.98%),复发16例(39.02%)。结论ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗CA治愈率高于单纯CO2激光治疗组,且可降低复发率。 Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of aminolevulinic-acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) combined with carbon dioxide (CO2 )laser therapy on patients with condyloma accuminata(CA). Methods Thirtyseven patients with CA were treated with combination of ALA-PDT and CO2 laser therapy, and forty-one patients with CA were treated with CO2 laser therapy only, respectively. Results Of combination treated group, 31 of 37 ( 83. 78% ) , 6 of 37 ( 16.22% ) exhibited clinical cleared, recurred respectively after a follow-up of 3 months. The corresponding figures of CO2 laser treated group were 25 of 41 (60.98%), 16 of 41 (39.02%), respectively. Conclusion The study indicated that the combined treatment of ALA-PDT and CO2 laser therapy showed better clear rates, compared with that of CO2 laser therapy. ALA-PDT can reduce the recurrence rate of CA farther based on the initial CO9 laser therapy.
