摘要 患者女,70岁。左肩背部淡红、褐色斑块20年。皮损组织病理示:表皮内全层可见伴有巢状分布的paget样细胞。PAS染色(-)。诊断:Paget样鲍温病。 A patient, female,70, brown plaque with rosiness on the left shoulder for 20-year history. Histopathlogical examination revealed that pagetoid cells were in the whole epidermis with nested distribution. PAS （ - ）. Diagnosis： Pagetoid Bowen＇s disease.
