拇指掌腱膜挛缩症二例 被引量：3

摘要 掌腱膜挛缩症患者中拇指发病较为少见，我院最近普查诊治二例，现报告如下。例1男，52岁。因右手中、环指不能完全伸直五年余，加重半年入院。患者于人院前五年余无明显诱因始感右手中、环指伸直受限，未曾诊治；近半年来自觉伸直受限明显加重，不能完全伸直。临床检查：患者一般情况好，心肺腹未见明显异常。右手掌心可见一条索状挛缩带，此挛缩带起自腕管远侧掌腱膜起始处，
