Entropy Coding of Space Telemetry Datawith Adaptively Switched Codebooks

针对航天遥测数据在一个通道内以及不同通道间的非平稳性，提出一种自适应切换ＤＰＣＭ预测误差熵编码码表的无损压缩方法，简单而高效。

Aiming at intrachannel and interchannel nonstationarity of space telemetry data, an entropy coder with adaptively switched codebooks is introduced to simply and effectively encode the DPCM prediction errors.
