摘要
提出了管理学二象论的基本概念,并得到一些初步结论,即关键在空间意识的突破;由此对管理实质给出新的揭示,即管理是控制论在空间层次上的一种推广,是一个特殊的自组织过程;最后指出这是一个新领地,还有很多有待探索的新课题。
On the basis of former research ,the fundamental conception of ER-XIANG dual theory and some results are given in the paper, whose key is breakthrough for space consciousness. Thus the essence of management which is exterding in space for cybernetics, and the process of self-organization is obtained. Finally further work is put forward.
