摘要
对国内6家商业银行进行调研,采用团体焦点访谈法、关键行为事件访谈法,以及多元统计分析方法,得到有效问卷485份;运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,开发出商业银行贷款专职审批人胜任力结构模型,由15个胜任特征因素构成3大胜任力模块:分析质疑、校正策划、识别判断。
Through the interview and the investigation with managers of six Commercial Banks in China, this research studies the Competency Model of credit examining and approving managers in the commercial banks in China. Focusing on the group interview, BEI technology and multiple statistic method are employed to explore the competence model of credit examining and approving managers empirically. The questionnaires from the 485 managers are analyzed with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) methods. The research formulates the structural model which consists of three competence module, which are analysis and inquiry, emendation and planning, identification and judgment and fifteen competence features.
