摘要 运用控制论中动态稳定的思想及现代鲁棒控制理论,研究了如何使高科技企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持知识员工动态稳定的问题:首先,结合我国高科技企业实际情况,将知识员工招聘人数及离职人数作为控制变量,建立知识员工管理的线性参数不确定性时变动态模型;然后,在鲁棒稳定性能分析基础上得出最优保性能控制律,以及在各种情况下的管理控制策略;最后,通过对一家大型通讯企业进行实例分析,验证了控制方法的可行性和实用性,为高科技企业制定知识员工人力资源管理策略提供依据。 The issue of how high-technology enterprises keep dynamic stability of knowledge workers in the competitive market is studied by using the principle of dynamic stability and modern robust control theory. Considering the actual conditions of high-technology enterprises, a class of linear uncertain time-varying dynamic model is established, with the numbers of incoming and outgoing knowledge workers as the controlling variables. The optimal guaranteed cost controller and decision making methods of managing knowledge workers are put forward based on the analysis of system robust stability. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the validity of our results.
