摘要
为了解中国热带主要鸡品种的遗传资源现状,应用21对微卫星引物,检测了文昌鸡、粤黄882和海南黎鸡3个群体,共138个体(公母各半)的遗传多样性水平。21个微卫星位点在三个群体检测的平均等位基因数为12.48,从3到32不等;三个群体平均遗传杂合度分别为0.840、0.768、0.825;多态信息含量分别为0.809、0.738、0.770,结果表明文昌鸡、粤黄882和海南黎鸡均具有较大的遗传变异,且遗传多样性较为丰富。为中国热带鸡品种资源保护与开发提供了科学依据。
In order to investigate the genetic resources status of major tropical chicken species of China,the Guangdong Huang 882,Hainan Li chicken and Wenchang chicken of three populations of 138 indi- viduals was detected with 21 microsatellites loci, the result indicated that the average number of alleles was 12.48 and the number of alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 32,the average heterozygos of the three groups was 0. 840,0. 768 and 0. 825; the average polymorphism information content was 0. 809,0. 738,0,770 re- spectively. The study indicate that the Guangdong Huang 882, Hainan Li chicken and Wenchang chicken genetic diversity is rich and genetic variation is high. The results were to provide a scientific basis for the resources protection ,development and utilization of tropical chicken species of China.
