摘要
挑选18~25岁健康学生27名,先食用不含V_A及少含胡萝卜素(<0.6mg/d)的基础膳5天。然后每人每日加服宁夏枸杞干果50g,含胡萝卜素4.4mg,共34天。实验结束时,受试者的暗适应时间比受试前明显缩短(P<0.0005);评价V_A营养状况的生理盲点面积明显缩小(P<0.001),血清V_A及胡萝卜素含量明显升高(P<0.0025及P<0.0005),因此作者认为枸杞明目作用的物质基础之一是所含丰富的胡萝卜素。实验期间未见有远视力的改善。
Twenty seven healthy subjects aged 18-25 were given a low carotene diet for 5 days, and then 50g dry fruits of Ningxia Lycium Barbarum L. containing 4.4mg carotene was added daily to each subject for 34 days. At the end of the experiment, shortened dark adaptation time (P<0.0005),reduced area of physiological blind spot (P<0.001) as well as raised serum levels of vitamin A and carotene (P<0.0025 & PP<0.0005, respectively) were found as compared with the values before the experiment. So it supports the idea that the function of brightening eyes of Lycium is due to carotene—— a rich component of Lycium barbarum L. No improvement of far sight was observed during the experiment.
