Thinking Over Overseas Investment of Xinjiang Enterprises

新疆企业境外投资以周边国家为主,重点是中亚国家。目前存在的主要问题是:投资规模较小,投资企业缺乏信息畅通机制,投资企业缺乏规范管理,政府管理服务相对滞后,这些都直接影响了新疆企业对外投资的积极意义。解决问题的对策主要是:加强政府的宏观指导,完善境外投资的鼓励政策,建立信息畅通机制,积极培育境外投资优势主体等。

Xinjiang enterprises invest abroad mainly in neighboring countries, with a focus on Central Asian countries. At present, the main problems, the scale of investment is small, enterprises lack of information flow mechanisms and the lack of regulation of investment companies, management services of the government is lagging behind, have a direct impact on overseas investment of Xinjiang enterprises. The paper puts up some solutions which are to strengthen the government＇s macro-guidance, to improve policies to encourage investment, to establish mechanisms for information flow, and actively cultivate the main advantage of overseas investment.
