摘要
目的:研究磁场对芍药种子萌发的影响。方法:采用均匀电磁场分不同的处理强度和处理时间分别磁处理野生芍药种子和栽培芍药种子,种子磁处理后在培养皿中催芽,2个月后统计种子胚根萌发率和胚芽萌发率。结果:3000Gs的磁场处理1.5h能提高野生芍药种子胚芽萌发率和栽培芍药种子胚根萌发率,对于栽培芍药种子4000Gs的磁场处理2h能够促进胚根和胚芽萌发。结论:一定强度的磁场能打破芍药种子休眠,促进种子的萌发。
Objective: This study aimed at the effect of magnetic field on germination of peony (Paeonia lactiflora Pall.) seed. Mothods: The wild peony seeds and cultured peony seeds were treated with magnetic field of different intensity and for different time. Then these seeds were cultured in culture plate. The germination rates of peony seeds were accounted after two months. Results: The germination rates of wild peony seeds were improved when treated with 3000Gs magnetic field for 1.5h. 4000Gs magnetic field can increase the germination rates of cultured peony seeds. Conclusions: The proper magnetic field can break back the dormancy of peony seed and promote its germination.
